JO BETH'S CALYPSO COLE SLAW 
4 c. cabbage, shredded
1/2 c. onion, diced
1/2 c. cheese, diced
1/2 c. black olives, diced
1 can of Mexicorn

Toss all ingredients above.

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. celery seed

Mix dressing and pour over slaw. Toss.
