1 box chocolate pudding (cooked type)
1 box chocolate cake mix
1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Cook pudding according to directions on package. Remove from heat and stir in dry chocolate cake mix. Pour into greased 9 x 13 baking pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes.
