1 lb. ground meat or sausage or mixture of both
2 cans Frito Lay bean dip
1 can Old El Paso enchilada sauce
1 lg. onion, cut into sm. bite size pieces
1 lg. pepper, cut into sm. bite size pieces
2 tomatoes, cut into sm. bite size pieces
Cheddar cheese, grated

Brown ground meat, drain off fat. In a 9 x 9 pan. Layer: spread bean dip, pour over sauce, ground meat, onion and pepper mixed together, tomatoes, top with layer of cheese to cover. Cover with foil tightly - do not let foil touch cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Break up tostidos on plate and scoop mixture on top. (May also be used as a dip.)
