BLUEBERRY TEA LOAF 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. grated lemon peel
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Cream butter and sugar. Add flour mixture to all the above. Stir in 1 cup chopped nuts. Fold in 1 cup blueberries (dusted in flour). Bake 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Use yogurt instead of sour cream and add 1/4 teaspoon baking soda. Pour into greased 9 x 5 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until done.
