GREEN BEAN - PEA CASSEROLE 
1 can French style beans, drained
1 carton sour cream
1 sm. jar pimentos
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can English peas
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 stick butter
1 pkg. sliced almonds or water chestnuts

Saute onions in butter. Mix all ingredients together. Pour in casserole. Sprinkle top with crushed potato chips. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes, may be frozen before baking.
