SAUSAGE WITH WHITE RICE 
8 sm. sweet Italian sausage (or 4 lg.)
8-10 mixed variety of peppers
2-3 lg. onions
2 bags "Success Brand" white rice
1 can peeled tomatoes

In 1 pan cook sausage fully. In another pan saute peppers and onions. Cook white rice when both sausage and pepper/onions are almost done. When sausage is done, cut into 1/4 to 1/2 inch slices. Combine peppers and onions with can of peeled tomatoes. Cook a little. Put over rice. Tastes even better the next day. Serves 4-5.
