CAULIFLOWER BLEND VEGETABLE
SALAD
 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. California blend mix
1/2 c. cut up celery
1/2 c. cut up onions

DRESSING:

1/3 c. vinegar, add enough water to make 1/2 c. liquid
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. prepared mustard

Cook dressing together until thickened. Cook vegetables as directed on package. Do not overcook. Drain and pour hot dressing over. Cool. Add onions and celery. Refrigerate overnight.
