ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 lg. can artichoke hearts in water
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Drain artichokes. Puree in blender or processor. Add cheese and mayonnaise and blend. Place in ovenproof dish and heat at 350 degrees until hot and bubbly, about 30 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
