ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
1 pkg. Parmesan cheese
1 can artichokes
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise (must use Hellmann's)
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Crackers

Blend artichokes in a food processor to cut into fine pieces. Place all ingredients into a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until cheese is melted - OR - put in microwave for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring half way through. Stir before serving. Serve on crackers; best if kept warm.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
