ONION PIE 
2 tbsp. melted butter
9 inch pie pan
3/4 c. milk
2 c. thinly sliced sweet Spanish onion
1 c. fine cracker crumbs
2 eggs
3/4 tsp. salt

Press fine cracker crumbs into a 9 inch pie pan. Saute the onions in 2 tablespoons butter. Place in crumb shell, top with eggs beaten with the milk and salt. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Makes 4-6 servings.
