BUTTERSCOTCH COOKIES 
1/2 lb. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour
2 c. quick oatmeal
1 c. butterscotch bits
1 c. nuts

Mix all ingredients and drop onto greased cookie sheet. Press down.

Bake at 325°F for 15 minutes. Cool on waxed paper.
