LOW CALORIE FRUIT SALAD 
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 (24 oz.) low-fat cottage cheese
1 sm. box sugar-free Jello of any flavor
1 lg. can light pineapple

Mix cottage cheese and Jello. Can mix with mixer; add Cool Whip and mix again. Then add fruit and mix with spoon and refrigerate until ready to eat. Will keep in refrigerator several days.
