PEANUT - BUTTERSCOTCH SQUARES 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
2/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. light corn syrup
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
1/2 c. chunk peanut butter
2 c. Corn Flakes

Cream butter and brown sugar together. Stir in flour. Press into ungreased 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan. Bake in 350 degrees 15 minutes. Combine sugar and corn syrup in pan. Heat to boiling. Remove from heat; add butterscotch bits and peanut butter. Stir until bits are melted. Stir in Corn Flakes. Spread over baked layer. Cool and cut into squares.
