TUNA SALAD 
2/3 c. brown rice
1 can drained tuna
1 c. shredded carrot
1 c. diced celery
2 tbsp. chopped onion

Cook rice, rinse and drain well. Add tuna, carrots, celery and onions. Chill until ready to serve.

DRESSING:

1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dill
