SPINACH CASSEROLE 
1 sm. carton of cottage cheese
1/2 stick melted butter
3 tbsp. flour, added to butter
1 lb. shredded sharp cheese (You can use a little less sharp and substitute Mozzarella)
2 (10 oz.) frozen pkgs. chopped spinach, thaw and drain
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. pepper
1 chopped onion

Mix all together and put in greased casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
