CHOCOLATE CHIP SOUR CREAM CAKE 
3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. sour cream

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; set aside. In bowl, combine butter and sugar; beat until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition. Add flour mixture alternately with sour cream.

TOPPING:

12 oz. pkg. semi - sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Combine chocolate chips, brown sugar, and cinnamon; mix. Spoon half of cake batter into greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch cake pan. Sprinkle with 3/4 topping mixture. Cover with rest of batter; then sprinkle with remaining topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
