PORK CHOP ONION-RICE BAKE 
1 c. uncooked rice
1 env. dry onion soup mix
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
2 tbsp. diced pimento
Hot water
6 browned pork chops

Spread rice in bottom of 9x13 baking dish. Reserve 1 tablespoon of seasonings from envelope of onion soup mix. Sprinkle remaining onion mix over rice. Drain mushrooms, reserving liquid. Place mushrooms and pimento over rice. Add hot water to reserved mushroom liquid to make 3 cups and pour over rice.
