CHICKEN TACO CASSEROLE! YUM! YUM! | |
1 chicken 1 doz. corn tortillas 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can (Hormel) chili with beans 1 can (Hormel) chili without beans 1 med. can of diced Ortega green chilies 1 med. onion, diced 1/2 lb. cheddar cheese 1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese 1 can black olives Before mixing ingredients, boil chicken for 1 hour, debone and cut into bite- size pieces. Cut corn tortillas into bite-size pieces. Mix rest of the ingredients into large mixing bowl except cheeses and olives. Spread small amount of mixed ingredients into large glass casserole dish. Lay some corn tortillas across bottom of dish, lay some of the chicken pieces on top of tortillas. Spread mixed ingredients across chicken, repeat until all corn tortillas and mixed ingredients are gone. Sprinkle cheese across top, lay sliced olives on top. Bake until bubbly at 350 degrees, not longer than 30 minutes. |
