MOLDED CARROT SALAD 
2 pkgs. orange Jello (3 oz. each)
2 c. boiling water
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. lemon juice
1 can crushed pineapple (2 cups) juice and all
2 c. grated carrots

Stir Jello, boiling water and salt together and dissolve. Add lemon juice, pineapple, carrots. Mix well and pour into mold.
