4 med. potatoes
1 tbsp. polyunsaturated oil

Peel potatoes and cut into long strips about 1/2 inch wide. Dry thoroughly and toss in a bowl with the oil. Spread in a single layer on a cookie sheet and bake in oven about 35 minutes at 375 degrees. Turn to brown on all sides.
