GOULASH OR CHILI AND BEANS 
1/2 lb. hamburger
1 lg. onion
1 green pepper (optional)
1 tbsp. chili powder
Salt and pepper
1 c. macaroni
1 c. tomato soup
1 can kidney beans

Brown hamburger, onion, peppers, chili powder, salt and pepper. Drain. Put back in clean pot. Add cooked macaroni, tomato soup and kidney beans. Simmer until it thickens. For goulash, top with grated cheddar cheese. For chili and beans, leave out macaroni and add cheese (optional). Serve with crackers or corn bread.
