Use your favorite dressing and breakfast steaks. Fill steaks with dressing; roll up and secure with toothpicks. You can stack rolls in casserole dish. Pour 1-2 cans Heinz mushroom and beef gravy over beef rolls. Cover and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.

DRESSING MIXTURE (old family recipe) :
4 c. bread crumbs, dried
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning (optional for roll-ups)
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. cut celery cubes
1 egg, beaten

The above dressing will make about 8 roll-ups. Use enough gravy to cover all rolls.
