EGG CUSTARD 
3 eggs
Dash salt
3 rounded tbsp. sugar
3 c. milk, scalded
1 tsp. vanilla

Scald milk. Beat eggs slightly. Add sugar, salt and vanilla. Stir in milk. Pour into custard cups. Place cups in pan with 1" hot water. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
