CHICKEN JESSICA 
8 slices bacon, partly cooked
8 chicken breasts, skinned & boned
1 pkg. dried chipped beef, 2 1/2 oz. chopped finely
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream

Wrap 1 piece of bacon around each chicken breast. Place side by side in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle chicken with chopped dried beef. Cover with foil and bake at 225 degrees for 2 hours. Then, mix soup and sour cream; pour over chicken and bake 1 more hour. Serve over rice and mushrooms.
