CRANAPPLE PIE 
Pastry shell for 9" (2-crust) pie
2 1/2 c. frozen or fresh cranberries
6 c. pared, sliced tart apples
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. flour

Prepare pie as follows. In bowl, combine flour, sugars, and cinnamon. Add fruit, mix well. Pour into pastry filled pan. Dot with butter. Cover with top crust. Cut slits in top, seal edges. Bake about 40 minutes until brown.
