SUPPER HAM STRATA 
8 white bread slices
8 Velveeta slices
1 c. chopped ham
1/4 c. chopped pimento
1 1/4 c. milk
4 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard

Place four bread slices on bottom of greased 8 inch square baking dish. Cover with four cheese slices, ham, pimento and remaining cheese slices.

Combine milk, egg, onion, parsley and seasonings; mix well. Pour half of milk mixture over cheese. Top with remaining bread and milk mixture. Cover; refrigerate several hours or overnight. Bake at 325 degrees, 55 minutes.

Top with additional cheese if desired. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with red pepper rings for that special look.

Variation: Substitute 8 crisply cooked bacon slices, crumbled, for ham.
