HAM & EGG BRUNCH | |
8 slices bread, cubed after crust removed 1 lb. ham, cubed 3/4 lb. cheese (Velveeta, Cheddar or American) 8 med. eggs, lightly beaten 2 3/4 c. milk 1 tsp. mustard 1 1/4 tsp. salt 4 tbsp. melted butter Butter 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Place the bread cubes in dish. Put the ham on top of bread cubes. Cover with cheese. Combine eggs with milk and mustard. Pour butter over top. Bake uncovered for 1 hour in 325 degree oven. Can be prepared the day before. Just cover and refrigerate overnight. |
