BUTTERMILK PIE 
1/2 c. butter, melted
3 eggs
1/4 c. buttermilk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix butter and eggs together until well combined. Add buttermilk and vanilla and mix well. Combine flour, sugar and salt and stir into the liquid. Pour into unbaked pie crust.

Bake until set and lightly browned, 40 to 45 minutes. Let cool to room temperature on a rack. Serve at room temperature or chilled.
