PEANUT BUTTER PUFFS 
2 egg whites
1/3 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. packed light brown sugar
1 c. Jiffy crunchy peanut butter

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease cookie sheets. Beat egg whites with electric mixer until stiff peaks form when beaters are lifted.

Add granulated sugar 1/2 at a time, beating after each addition; beat in brown sugar. Fold in peanut butter. Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Bake 14 to 16 minutes or until lightly browned. Let cook slightly before removing from cookie sheet onto rack. Makes 3 dozen cookies.
