CHICKEN ALA ORANGE 
4 chicken breasts or 8 thighs, skinned
1 qt. orange juice
4 tbsp. brown sugar
Cornstarch to thicken
1 lg. onion, sliced into thin strips
1 green onion, sliced into thin strips
3/4 c. dry white wine

Place orange juice into saucepan with brown sugar and wine. Once orange juice comes to a boil, thicken to a sauce consistency.

Place chicken in a 9x13 inch cake pan. Place onion and green pepper neatly over chicken in thin layers. Pour orange juice mixture in pan, sprinkle with paprika for garnish. Bake covered for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove cover and bake for 15 additional minutes.
