1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 lg. onion
1 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 green pepper
1 tbsp. celery seed
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. mustard

SAUCE:

1/4 c. ketchup
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. mustard

Mix together and fill rest of cup with water. Pour over meatloaf when 1/2 cooked. Bake at 400 degrees for about 1 hour.
