JICAMA 
1 jicama
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder

Pare jicama, cut into fourths, cut each fourth into 1/4 inch slices. Arrange slices on serving plate. Drizzle with lemon juice, sprinkle with salt and chili powder. Refrigerate until chilled, about 2 hours.
