COCONUT-PECAN TOPPING 
1/3 c. evaporated milk
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. packed brown sugar
2 egg yolks or 1 egg
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. flaked coconut
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Cook milk, butter, brown sugar and yolks in 2 quart saucepan. Stir constantly over low heat until it thickens. Remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cool.
