BARBECUE MEATLOAF OR MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. fresh bread crumbs
1 onion
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
3 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. mustard

Mix beef, bread crumbs, onions, egg, salt, pepper and 1/3 of tomato sauce. Form loaf or balls and place in oven proof container. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
