POPPY SEED BREAD 
3 eggs, slightly beaten
2 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. milk

2:
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt

3:
1 1/2 tbsp. poppy seed
2 tsp. almond extract

Mix ingredients in group 1, add those in group 2, then group 3. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees in loaf pan. Glaze while still warm.

GLAZE:

1/4 c. thawed orange juice concentrate
3/4 c. confectioners' sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond extract
