LEMON HERB VINAIGRETTE 
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 tbsp. minced fresh parsley
1 tsp. dried whole basil
1 tsp. dried whole oregano
1 tbsp. Puritan Oil
1 clove garlic, coarsely chopped
1 (2x1/2 inch) strip lemon rind
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp salt

Combine all ingredients in a jar; cover and shake vigorously. Yield: 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons (about 26 calories per tablespoon).
