QUICK WHEAT SOY BREAD | |
2 1/2 c. whole wheat flour 1/2 c. plus 2 tbsp. soy flour 2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 2 c. sour milk or buttermilk 2 tbsp. oil 1/4 c. honey Stir the dry ingredients together. Blend the liquid ingredients; pour them into the dry and blend well. Pour the batter into a well-oiled loaf pan and bake at 325 degrees for about 1 hour, until a toothpick comes out clean. |
