BOILED WHEAT DESSERT AMEH 
1 c. coarse wheat with shell
4 c. water
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. anise seed yansoon
Raisins
Chopped nuts

Boil wheat with water until almost tender, then add sugar and continue boiling until cooked. Boil anise seeds in 1/2 cup of water to make strong tea. When wheat is tender add anise tea strained. Place in small serving bowl and serve warm garnished with raisins and nuts.
