CHICKEN SALAD 
1 chicken, cut in pieces
1 bottle Henri's Special Blend Salad Dressing
3 tsp. Lipton's onion soup mix
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 to 1 1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. cashews
1 to 1 1/2 c. chow mein noodles
1 c. mandarin oranges

Put chicken in pan. Sprinkle with sugar and onion soup. Seal pan with foil and cook 2 hours at 350 degrees. Let cool. Tear up chicken into bite-size pieces. Put in glass dish (not metal). Pour Henri's Tastee Blend dressing over it and put in refrigerator overnight.

Four to five hours before serving, add mandarin oranges and celery. Just before serving, add cashews and chow mein noodles.
