LIVER 'N ONIONS | |
1 lb. sliced liver (baby beef liver) 2 tbsp. butter 1 pkg. onion soup mix 3 tbsp. flour 1 1/2 to 2 c. water 2 tbsp. chili sauce Cooked rice In skillet, brown liver in butter. Add soup mix and flour; slowly stir in water and chili sauce. Cover; cook over low heat 10-20 minutes or until liver is tender. Stir now and then. Serve over rice. Yield 4 servings. |
