MACARONI AND CHEESE SALAD 
1 1/2 c. elbow macaroni, cooked, drained and cooled
18 oz. chopped ham, cut into strips
1 1/2 c. cubed cheese (I use a mild Cheddar)
3/4 c. bias cut celery slices
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
3/8 c. chopped green onion
3 tbsp. chopped pimento
3/8 c. drained pickle relish
3/4 c. salad dressing
1 1/2 tbsp. prepared mustard
3/8 tsp. salt

Combine first 8 ingredients. Blend salad dressing, mustard and salt. Toss salad lightly with dressing mixture. Chill and serve on greens.
