RHUBARB CREAM PIE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour or tapioca
1 tbsp. butter
2 beaten eggs
3 c. cut up rhubarb

Blend sugar, flour and butter. Add beaten eggs, beat until smooth. Mix in rhubarb than pour in a 9 inch unbaked pie crust. Put lattice crust on top. Bake in 450 degree oven for 10 minutes than 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
