NEVADA'S COLE SLAW 
2 large heads cabbage, shredded
1 green pepper, grated or chopped
1 large onion, chopped or sliced into rings
2 c. sugar
salt and pepper to taste

Add sugar, salt and pepper to vegetables. Do not stir.

Dressing:

1 c. Wesson oil
1 c. vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard

Bring above ingredients to a boil. Cool slightly until warm. Pour over other ingredients. Mix well. Place in refrigerator. Keeps for weeks.
