3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2 c. white sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. Wesson oil
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. raw apples, diced
1 c. nuts

Sift flour, soda, cinnamon and salt. Mix eggs, sugar, oil, vanilla, diced apples and nuts. Mix dry ingredients together first. Bake in floured tube pan at 350 degrees about 1 hour.
