OVEN POTATOES 
1 pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can milk
1 sm. onion grated
1/2 c. oil or butter
1 (12 oz.) carton sour cream

Place potatoes in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix other ingredients and pour over potatoes. Bake 1 hour at 375 to 400 degrees. Add 3/4 pound grated Velveeta and bake 15 minutes more. Stir together before serving.
