CRAB STUFFED POTATOES 
4 large baking potatoes
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup light cream
1 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons grated onion
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
2 - 5 ounce cans crab meat
tabasco sauce to taste

Bake potatoes. Cut length wise. Scrape out meat of potatoes from peel. Mash potato meat with butter, cream, salt, onion, cheese, crab meat, and tabasco sauce. Refill potato shells with mixture.

Bake at 425°F for 15 minutes.
