CHUCK WAGON BEANS 
1/2 lb. bacon slices
3 lb. ground beef
2 1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
2 beef bouillon cubes
2/3 c. boiling water
2 (29 oz.) cans molasses style baked beans
1 1/2 minced garlic cloves
1 1/2 c. catsup
3 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Heat oven to 375 degrees. In a Dutch oven or large roasting pan fry bacon until crisp and set aside. Drain fat and in the same pan cook and stir ground beef, onion, and celery until meat is done and onion is tender. Dissolve cubes in boiling water and stir bouillon and remaining ingredients into meat mixture. Cover and bake for 1 1/4 hours. Crumble bacon over beans.
