PIEROGI 
4 c. flour
2 egg yolks
Dash of salt
1 c. mashed potatoes
Warm milk

Cut eggs into flour; add remaining ingredients, adding enough milk to make a dough that will roll.

CHEESE FILLING:

1 lb. Farmers cheese
1 sm. cream cheese
2 tbsp. sour cream
1 lg. egg
1 sm. green onion
Salt & pepper to taste
