BAKED CARROTS 
6 carrots, sliced, cooked and drained
1 stick butter
1 green pepper
1 onion, finely chopped
1 c. celery
1 can tomato sauce

Saute pepper, onion, celery, and add to the carrots. Pour 1 can tomato sauce over all and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
