KIWI FRUIT FLOAT 
1 (12 oz.) can pina colada mix
2 kiwi fruit, peeled & cut up
1 banana, cut up
3 drops green food coloring
Vanilla ice cream
2 (12 oz.) cans ginger ale, chilled
Ground nutmeg

In a blender combine pina colada mix, kiwi fruit, banana and food coloring. Cover and blend until smooth. Transfer the mixture to a 1 quart pitcher or jar, cover and place in the freezer for 1 hour.

Pour about 1/4 cup of the kiwi mixture into each of 8 (6 ounce) glasses. Top each with scoop of ice cream. Fill glasses with ginger ale. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Serve immediately. 8 servings.
